Admission Qualification 
1. An applicant must have completed at least 12 years of
school education or have an equivalent level of education.
2. An applicant must be sound in mind and body and
willing to abide by Japanese laws and ordinances.

From Application to Admission

1. Students submit required forms and pay the screening
fee.
2. The school applies to the Sapporo Regional Immigration
Bureau for issuance of the Certificate of Eligibility.
3. The Sapporo Regional Immigration Bureau issues the
above-mentioned certificate.
4. We inform prospective students or their guarantors of
the bank account into which tuition and other fees should
be paid.

5. After confirming the payment of tuition and other
fees, we send the Certificate of Eligibility to
prospective students or their guarantors.
6. Students apply for a student visa to the Japanese embassy or consulate
of their countries.
7. Visa is issued.
8. Students arrive in Japan.
9. Students attend orientation before the start of
classes.

Note : Documents written in languages other than Japanese or English
must be accompanied with either Japanese or English translation.

NOTE: All the photographs and official documents to be
submitted must have been obtained within the last six

Student Visa Application 
Student visa will be issued to an applicant staying in
Japan for the purpose of Japanese language studies. The
school can apply for a student visa for those wishing to
study more than 20 hours of Japanese per week and for the
duration of at least six months at the school. If you
wish to obtain a student visa, please note the following:
Visa status
Visa status is renewed annually to a maximum of two years.
In the Certificate of Eligibility the status is described
as "college student." At least 90% attendance is
a prerequisite for visa renewal.
Regarding sponsorship
In the case that the student's parents or relatives in
their home countries will pay the tuition, it is
obligatory for the sponsor(s) to remit the fixed sum of
money to our school regularly.
Part-time employment
Students are not allowed to work part time during the first month
after enrollment. Students who wish to work part time need to obtain a
"permit for activities outside the qualification" from the Sapporo
Regional Immigration Bureau in advance. Once obtained this permission,
you can work up to four hours a day.
Other
If prospective students wish to cancel the application
for enrollment after obtaining the Certificate of
Eligibility, the said certificate must be returned
without fail. Tuition will be returned only to those who
have returned the said certificate.
National Health
Insurance
Students staying in Japan for more than one year must join the National
Health Insurance Program. It is mandatory from the time of filing for
student alien registration. To join the insurance program, students should
take their alien registration cards to a local ward office or city hall.
This program covers 70% of the charged medical expenses including dental
services. Payment for this program should be made by each individual.
